Had a break in that needed a tall French Door glass panel replaced. Called them and they sent someone right out to measure for the new panel and prep the opening. I initially asked "how long to get someone here ?" and was told "you go to the top of the list because you've had a break in".

Curtis and his crew were able to repair my wood WeatherVane windows while no one else could. They were friendly, informative and communicated with me during the whole process. They replaced the double pane windows that had clouded and parts of the wood frame that had rotted. The windows look like the are original. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Discount Glass & Window and would gladly hire them again! Curtis scheduled a bid for us quickly and was punctual. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find a glass shower door to our taste and budget. There was an expected delay in the shipment of the type of glass door we wanted due to COVID closures and Curtis was great about keeping us updated on a timeline. He was also quick to respond to emails/questions. The installers were professional and respectful and took their time to do a great job. We are very happy with how our glass shower turned out and thankful for the expertise Glass and Window offered!
